These paintings were completed from the top floor of the Invensys offices in Victoria. At this level the windows provide a vantage point commanding a wide vista of the London landscape. The London Marathon, coincidentally, was taking place the same morning, and in the painting "The London Marathon Finishing Post" the crowds can be discerned as they gather at the bottom of The Mall near Buckingham Palace. The original paintings are in a private collection in Jersey, but Gicleé prints are available for purchase.
